Free 30 mins consultation/Fee charged for taking instructions and sending advice letter, preparing your case for the first court hearing by completing lengthy Financial Information Form (Form E) and ensuring that all relevant evidence is attached and ready for exchange with the other side. After the exchange date to draft, usually required by the court, additional documents, including Chronology, Statement of Issues and Questionnaire - £1000+ depending on complexity and volume.

Cohabitation Law
Cohabitation agreement – an agreement recording the arrangements between two or more people who have agreed to live together, as a couple or otherwise. It records each party's rights and responsibilities in relation to the property where they live or intend to live together, financial arrangements between them, both during and following cohabitation and the arrangements to be made if they decide that they no longer want to live together.

Declaration of trust - when two or more people buy a house or a flat together they are strongly advised to make a declaration of trust (a type of legal agreement) in order to record how the proceeds of sale of the property will be divided when the property is ultimately sold having regard to the respective parties contribution to the purchase price and subsequent contributions during the period of ownership.
